Processing Times

All items are handmade to order and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Information

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch

• Royal Mail 24: 1–2 working days

• Royal Mail 48: 2–4 working days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods, postal delays, strikes, or severe weather conditions.

We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import taxes, or duties that may apply.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

As all items are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve it.

Where returns are agreed, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
