These Terms and Conditions set out the agreement between you (the customer) and us (AishaBaileyDesigns) when you use our website or place an order.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
Please ensure all personalisation details and delivery information are correct before completing your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed once your order is placed.

3️⃣ Our Products

All of our products are handmade to order and personalised. We take great care to ensure every item meets our quality standards.

Please note:

  • Colours and print placement may vary slightly depending on your device settings and the handmade process.
  • Personalisation details are printed exactly as entered — please check spelling, names, and dates carefully.
  • Sizing guides are approximate and may vary slightly between garments.
  • We may make small adjustments to improve quality or meet safety/manufacturing standards.

4️⃣ Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Because every product is made especially for you, all sales are final unless there is a fault or error on our part.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
Email 📧 aishabaileydesigns@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes in personalisation details provided by the customer.

5️⃣ Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout using our secure online system.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but once an order is confirmed, the price paid will remain fixed.

6️⃣ Order Processing and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days, though times may vary during busy periods.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (UK)
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days for orders placed before 9 a.m.

Once dispatched, your parcel is handled by our trusted delivery partners.
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly — we can’t be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

7️⃣ Cancellations

As all items are personalised and made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations, amendments, or changes once an order has been placed.
Please check all details carefully before confirming your purchase.

8️⃣ Returns & Refunds

Because all our items are personalised, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or enter incorrect details.

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If we request that an item be returned, we’ll provide return instructions and cover return postage for approved faulty or incorrect orders.

Refunds are processed within 14 days once an issue has been confirmed.

9️⃣ Risk and Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.
Risk (responsibility for the product) passes to you upon delivery.

🔟 Limitation of Liability

AishaBaileyDesigns is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services
  • Customer input errors (e.g. misspelt names or incorrect addresses)
  • Minor variations in colour, size, or design

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total price paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

All designs, photographs, and written content on our website are the property of AishaBaileyDesigns.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
