We know how exciting it is to receive something made just for you, so we work hard to get your order prepared as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, there may be a slight delay — thank you so much for your patience and understanding.
If you need your order by a specific date, please include this information when adding your personalisation details, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate it.
If you need your item even sooner, you can also choose our “Rush My Order” option at checkout. This means your order will be dispatched the next working day, and DPD will deliver your order in 1–2 days for the fastest arrival.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on the courier and service selected.

If you’re in a hurry, select Rush My Order at checkout. Your item will be processed as a priority and sent the next working day, with DPD 1–2 day delivery for the fastest turnaround.

Spend £40 or more and enjoy free standard delivery — our little thank you for supporting our small business. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
Once your parcel leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of our trusted postal partners. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen — especially during busy seasons, postal strikes, or severe weather. We kindly ask customers to place orders in good time to avoid disappointment if unexpected delays occur.
