Return & Exchange Policy – Aishabaileydesigns

At Aishabaileydesigns, all of our products are made to order and personalised for each customer. Because of this, we have a strict return & exchange policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. Due to the personalised nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please ensure all personalisation details, sizing, and delivery information are checked carefully before placing your order. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Personalised Items (Non-Returnable)

All personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or there has been an error on our part.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incorrect spelling, names, dates, or wording provided by the customer
  • Incorrect size, colour, or design option selected at checkout

Please note:
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check all personalisation details before placing an order. Unfortunately, if an error is made when submitting your personalisation, we are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect due to our error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full refund

We will cover all return shipping costs in these cases where applicable.

Return Eligibility Conditions

If a return is approved, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customer errors in personalisation details
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, colour, or variation chosen by the customer
  • Minor colour differences due to screen display variations
