Our standard shipping option is typically by EVRI Standard, which usually takes 2-5 business days within the UK. We offer international shipping to most countries which will be relatively longer. Returns: 

All items we sell are customised, thus, we do not accept returns unless there is a mistake on our part. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to find a solution. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
