Our items are handmade and may take up to 1-3 business days to process before shipping, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer - we appreciate your patience in these cases.
Shipping Options:
Our standard shipping option is typically by EVRI Standard, which usually takes 2-5 business days within the UK. We offer international shipping to most countries which will be relatively longer. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. AishaBaileyDesigns are not responsible for delays due to the post and customs.

Returns:
All items we sell are customised, thus, we do not accept returns unless there is a mistake on our part. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
