Frequently Asked Questions - aishabaileydesigns
We know ordering personalised items can sometimes come with a few extra questions, so we’ve answered some of our most frequently asked questions below. If you need any further help before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help.
How do I personalise my order?
Enter your chosen name or wording in the personalisation box before adding your item to cart. Please double check all spelling before checkout.
How do I know which size to choose?
A full size chart is available in the dropdown menu beneath the Add to Cart button to help you choose the best fit.
What is your processing time?
All items are made to order. A detailed processing time explanation can be found in the dropdown menu beneath the Add to Cart button, so please check this before placing your order.
What if I need my order quickly?
If you have left it until last minute, you can select the Rush My Order option at checkout for a small additional cost. Orders placed before 10am will be prioritised that working day and sent via Royal Mail 24 for delivery on the next working day.
Can I request changes to the design?
Absolutely. If you would like changes to colours, characters, wording or other design elements, please leave your request in the personalisation box or contact us before placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate custom requests where possible.
Please ensure you leave a phone number at checkout. If we need to clarify any details regarding your design request, we will contact you by text message as this is the quickest way to avoid delays to your order.
Are personalised items non-refundable?
As all items are made to order and personalised specifically for you, personalised products are non-refundable unless there is a fault with your order.
How should I wash my item?
We recommend washing all personalised clothing inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Do not tumble dry or iron directly over the printed design to help preserve the print quality and longevity of the garment.
